India per capita income first time cross INR 50K mark

    

    An average Indian earns INR 4444.25 per Month as per the latest data release from the Central Stastical Organization, a Government of India wing. This is the first time it has gone beyond INR 50,000/- per year. The per capita Income of Indian increase by 15.6% in FY 11 as against previous year. It now stood INR 53,331 as against INR 46,117 in FY10. As per 2011 Forbes ranking India has only 57 Dollar Billionaire. These are the person whose wealth is more than INR 5000 Crores (assuming exchange rate of INR 50/-). As per Wikipedia data India ranks 135 in the World in per capita Income. China is at 90 ranks with USD 5500 per capita Income
