RBI has issued circular by which no Company incorporated in China, Pakistan, Bangladesh,Srilanka, Iran , Afganistan can set up any Branch / Liasion office in India with out the specific prior approval of RBI . The General permission granted by RBI for Companies of other Country will not be applicable to these Companies .
