RBI has once again issued notice to all Banks to allow free transfer of Bank accounts of customer from one Branch to another Branch of same Banks with out insisting for opening a new Bank account and with out insisting of detailed KYC once again . The Bank can ask for address proof only. However RBI has insisted that periodical updation of KYC continued to be verified .
