As per the RBI guidelines ECB Loan availed by Indian can be utilised for Foreign Currency expenditure and Rupee Expenditure
RBI as per the latest guidelines has now asked the Borrower to clearly mention and give bifurcation of the ECB loan to be utilised for Rupee expenditure & Foreign Currency expenditure .
The Rupee expenditure portion must be reptriated to India immediately after the drawdown and this need to be ensured by the concerned AD
