Falling Crude price - India may miss the opportunity

A time when India is strugling to put its Economic data right it is missing to take advantage of the falling crude price . This is because although Crude price is falling on the other hand INR is depreciating on continuous basis . The Brent Crude price has fallen by 18% since April end has recently touched a 16 Month low price of USD 94/ per barrel . The reason for falling crude price is three fold . Higher production in OPEC Countries like Libya , Saudi arabia, Iraq  secondly record production in Non OPEC Countries like US . Lower demand fearing Economic slow down . Crude price is expected to remain low in near term due to Global Macro Economic concern  but may bounce back in Q3 /2012 as all are expecting stimulus announced by USA and certain other Central Banks like China , India & EU Contries  .
