The last date for filing Tax Return for individual is 31st July 2012 . For the assessment year 2012~13
Tax department has announced that unlike earlier years this year there will be no counter at Delhi Pragati Maildan . Tax return will be accepted at the new civic center near New Delhi railway station .
Based on the announcement made in last Budget CBDT has announced that No Tax return need to be filed if the Total income is below 5 lakhs in the financial year 2011~12 . Condition is that assessee should not have any other income during the year and the interest earned on savings Bank account is less then Rs.10,000/- during the year .
