Last date extended again _ Filing of annual Accounts of FY 12

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has once again extended the last date for filing the Accounts to MCA ( ROC ) in XBRL format for the FY 12

Now the revised last date is 15th January 2013 or 30 days from date of AGM which ever is later .
