MCA has been working overtime to clarify many matters relating to Companies Act 2013 and its applicability
One such clarification has come just yesterday relating to the format of the Annual Return relating to FY 2013-14 .
It has now been clarified that the old form will continue for this year filing and the new form will be started from next year ( FY15 )
The new format of annual return has asked for lot of information relating to the Company to be made available for Public
