RBI has extended the time again _ Realisation of Export proceeds with in 12 months

As per the FEMA and the rules framed there under Any Export of Goods & software from India the full amount has to be received by the Exporter with in stipulated time period of 6 Months . Relaxation has been given to some units in SEZ area .

But since 30th June 2009 , RBI  has relaxed this guidelines by way of circular issued from time to time . The six month time period is relaxed and it is made 12 months . So all Exports procedds must be received with in 12 month

The latest circular has been issued on 1st Nov as the  earlier circular was valid up to 31st October
