The Companies Act 2013 , can not be understood unless we read with Rules
Although the Act has been passed , the Rules are not yet finalised .
In this process MCA has released Draft Rules for 16 Chapters out of total 29 Chapters in the new Act
The last date for giving comments for these Rules is 8th October 2013
