Stricter Norms by RBI for Derivative transaction _ New guidelines by RBI

Off late RBI has been very strict on the way Derivative Contracts are booked by Indian Business concern with Banks from time to time . In this series RBI has issued new circular on 2nd Nov 2011 .

 

SIMPLE FORWARD CONTRACTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM ALL THESE REQUIRMENTS OF THE NEW GUIDELINES
